A Visionary at creating a healthy future In food

Ever since I was a child, there was this fascination

with different foods and what went on in kitchens.

I took that wonder and turned it into a reality.

I then became the chef with an understanding of how sustainability helps in problem-solving for a healthier future.

This journey allows me to use my imaginative and innovative brain to better help in teaching, and creating the best food experience!

With over 18 years in the restaurant industry, I've had the fortunate experience of working in Acclaimed Restaurants, with Celebrity Chefs, Creating Pop-Up Kitchens, and high-end Private Catered Events. 

I desire to work closely with Individuals and Families that want to eat healthier.

My experience covers a wide range in specialty cuisine, having worked with Diabetic to mild Celiac deficiencies. I enjoy  a hands-on approach when it comes to teaching and applying my abilities. 

Classically trained at the French Culinary Institute in Soho, New York City, it was just a ten-minute walk to the Notorious Union Square Farmers Market - for that fresh produce experience! I found passion in food and for transforming lives with my creative edge.
